One Response to [POEM] my first limerick

  1. Kathy S. says:

A lifetime ago, or so it seems, I was in a musical called “Stop the World, I want to get off” and my character had to recite a very similar version of that limerick. My lines were” There once was a Lady from Nantucket who got her head stuck in a bucket. People started to say, you look better that way! She said so does Nantucket so fuck it!” Well…I didn’t actually get to say fuck it, I had to stop there and another character would say “Stop the World!”
